About Us

Modern Wellness Partners is launching in Orlando with a mission to redefine preventative and holistic healthcare. We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help build a wellness clinic from the ground up—and grow with it.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, self-directed nurse with a strong interest in both clinical care and business operations. You should be passionate about wellness, personable, highly organized, and excited to take ownership of diverse responsibilities. A background—or strong interest—in entrepreneurship, business management, or leadership is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer intramuscular vitamin injections, and manage patient intake
• Set up and maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment
• Manage inventory and oversee supply orders
• Coordinate daily operations and staff workflows
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through outstanding service
• Engage in community outreach and promote clinic services
• Support decision-making and business development efforts

Qualifications

License and Certifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license in Florida (required)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support)

Availability:

• Full-time with flexibility, occasional evenings or weekends as business grows

Experience:

• 2+ years background in a related nursing field
• Background in infusions, urgent care, med spa, aesthetics, or concierge care is a plus

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Passion for wellness and preventative care
• Highly organized and capable of managing both clinical and administrative tasks
